they charge 5% for service and the prices doesnot include taxes... then it is a bit confusing and you always end up with extra costs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, as it is situated at a strategic place close to the iconic perusal temple. Good location and friendly staff made the trip bearable. The view from the balcony was amazing. I could see the city in a different light from the top floor. The complimentary breakfast was really helpful as it saved me time and money.
The state of the room was disappointing. The shower was not clean, and the towels were old and torn. The bed was uncomfortable and the linen smelled. The room was noisy and I could hear everything from the corridor. The staff did not seem to care when I pointed out the state of the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed in this hotel for Xmas. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing, offering a mix of continental and local cuisine. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from several attractions and amenities. The hotel also had a nice rooftop bar with great city views that we enjoyed.
The room was a bit small and lacked privacy. , the staff was not very attentive and did not offer much help during our stay.
